Better Content, Better Business.

This creator is making $300k per month with his paid community & he has no employees. It’s a 100% solo business.

Oh and did I mention he takes no sales calls & rarely even tells his audience to buy.

How does he do it? That’s what we’re here to dissect.

The Story of Nick Saraev

Nick Saraev makes over $300k with a paid community centered around AI automation Agencies.

Now the crazy thing here is that he has no employees, he doesn’t do hard sales, and he rarely does calls to action in his content. Yet he has over 2500 members in his community.

So being that I also have a Skool community I naturally got obsessed with this guy’s strategy & what makes him so effective.

Lets talk about what’s going on here.

An Insanely Simple Content Strategy

Aside from the monetary accomplishment, Nick has something else outstanding that he’s done.

He grew to over 100k youtube subscribers in about a year. That’s very fast, but when you look at his strategy, it really all starts to make sense.

For about 3 months straight, he posted every single day on youtube. These weren’t short post either, on the contrary they were anywhere from 20 mins to an hour long.

See Nick understood that a prospect normally needs to watch anywhere from 5 - 7 hours of your content to have full trust in you without ever meeting you. So he accelerated the process, by putting out long form content on a daily basis, meaning he could gain trust in a fraction of the time someone else might.

Keeping the Synergy

Now you might be wondering how he’s able to put out so much long form content consistently, but it’s much simpler than you think. Almost all of the videos, are just live recordings of him demonstrating how to do something with AI, or Talking about Hot Topics in the Space.

Those live recordings serve many purposes:

  • They teach a valuable process

  • They’re action oriented because you have to follow along

  • They get you to like & trust him.

With each of those factors, it’s no wonder he doesn’t need to sell much. By helping his niche in such a specific way, their first instinct is to look for even deeper levels of help. It’s why even when he doesn’t have a link on his profile, people would email him to ask if he has any coaching products.

Here’s My Personal Takeaways

To get straight to it, here’s a list of the big takeaways I’ve had from studying Nick’s process:

  • More and more content!

  • A lot less matters than you think.

  • Do the unscalable while you can

  • Demonstration > Selling

Ok lets break each one of these points down.

More and More Content!

I already create quite a bit of content, but this showed me I can do so much more. Instagram is my main platform currently, but I’ve recently started posting long form content on youtube as well. Creating enough content that my audience can binge it for hours is the goal here, I don’t want them to move on to the next creator because I take to long. I think this can be said for most creators, you just need to create more. This might seem difficult, but that brings me to the next point which simplifies everything.

A lot less matters than you think

It’s important to take pride in your work & in it being high quality, but there’s also the little obsessions that are slowing down your progress. You probably don’t need that crazy marketing funnel, or that super specific editing effect that takes hours out of your process. Passable video quality, a good hook, and a valuable message are the only core elements needed. Most things are a distraction, determine the things that aren’t and ignore everything else.

Do the unscalable while you can

Unscalable processes responding to every message & making a video about it is not something you can do alone at scale. If he had 100k messages it’s take far too long, but he’s committed to doing it as long as he can. Doing things that don’t scale while you’re small, will lead to immense trust when you’re big.

Demonstration > Selling

Nick doesn’t need to sell because he demonstrates exactly how valuable his service is through his content. You get pretty much all the general info you need to start an AI automation agency, but if you want to take it seriously, you’re going to need help at some point. He positions himself as that help through demonstration, rather than just telling you how great his service is. it’s something I intend to do myself & that you should too.
